pleasant stay with excellent staff

i felt welcomed from the beginning staff always attended to my needs. every night, the staff kindly helped me warm baby milk. the triple room was large and the bathroom suited my family well. the location is excellent with walking distance to the main town square.

the staff was very helpful and attentive to all my needs. they helped warm my baby's milk every night with a genuine kindness. the hotel manager speaks very good english making communication easy.

the hotel is centrally located near the main town square and ismetpasha. bus stops are right in front of the hotel making access to the airport and kemer convenient. i found many restaurants within a short walk.

the breakfast offered a nice selection and the staff kept it well-stocked. my room had a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked effectively. the hotel's proximity to local attractions was a big plus for me!!!

The air conditioning was not effective. I asked for it to be fixed but received no real solution. they provided a small fan eventually. i also found that only one room card was available. This meant i could not leave my phone charging without requesting assistance from reception to re-enter the room. this was inconvenient, and i would have preferred two cards to avoid this issue.
